"How To Incorporate Crystals Into Your Everyday Life" - Bill and Victoria Steinrock
Class
participants learned how to protect themselves, and their home and work environments with crystals.
Bill Steinrock is a Reiki
Master, IET practitioner, and Unified Healing practitioner. He began to study crystals in 1994 and proficiently incorporates them
into his healing practice.
(cost was $35 per person. Following the class was an opportunity for 15 minute chakra clearing sessions
($15), or a 30 minute clearing session using crystals ($30). The sessions are optional, and their cost was in addition to the cost
of the class)

"Wild Food Walk" - Steve Hoog
Steve Hoog lead the class on a Wild
Food and Herb Walk around part of our 10 acre property here at Serendipity Meadows. Steve has been offering wild food walks since
1975, and used his knowledge and experience to identify plants that can be used for food and medicine. Steve used his background
in holistic health to explain the benefits and effects of these plants. A light lunch was served using some of the food types that
grow in the area. (cost was $30 per person)
Steve Hoog's background - A native of Bucks County, PA. In 1971 he began studying
Macrobiotic Philosophy, wild foods, and herbal medicine, and has attended numerous classes through the East-West Foundation of Philadelphia
and the Kushi Institute in Massachusetts. He is a macrobiotic counselor, and a Shiatsu practitioner and teacher since 1980.
Presently he owns a business called Living Potentials in the Lehigh Valley and is the Director of the Shiatsu Certification Program
at the Lehigh Valley Healing Arts Academy in Emmaus. He,also offers Cranio-Sacral therapy, Lymphatic drainage, Swedish Massage, Applied
Kinesiology, and Emotional Release work.
Steve began giving wild food and herb walks in 1975 and has presented programs in Northeast
Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Kansas and N. Dakota. He has been studying permaculture for several years and runs a permaculture
study group thru the Alliance for Sustainable Communities in Lehigh Valley. He has recently been working on an Agricultural Proposal
for re-localizing agriculture and food production in Lehigh and Northampton
